The HB Team

Following a family tradition passed down since 1893, Ron and David Harris founded their real estate business in 1974. The Little Italy neighborhood is home to their office and properties. Dedicated to the neighborhood, the Harris Brothers are active members of the community, they were also instrumental in the establishment of the first Taylor Street "Festa Italiana," now an annual summer festival in our very own Little Italy.

Repairmen extraordinaire: gus & ruben

There for our tenants everyday, there is nothing Gus and Ruben can't do! Passionate and dedicated to our tenants, they are the best repairmen and they are always there when you need them!

I’ve rented the same apartment from the Harris Brothers for nearly a decade and am extremely pleased with their property management services. In fact, Ron and Dave’s consideration for their tenants and attention to building upkeep have been major factors for my lease renewals. Their vintage buildings are among the nicest in the UIC area.

My roommates and I have been very well taken care of for the years we rented from the Harris Brothers. Any questions or maintenance requests are always answered immediately. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place in Little Italy!

As a landlord myself and knowing the challenges, they are wonderful and I only wish they could manage my properties. They are responsive and helpful to their tenants and the buildings are lovely. I can’t say enough about how I appreciate their management and care.
